As we are moving through this uncharted and novel experience with this virus, we at Homeside would like to extend our heartfelt hope that we all emerge safe from this global event.
We Now Offer Telemedicine
We have just recently added the ability of performing telemedicine through a mobile application, Televet. You just need to download the application onto your phone or computer, create your user profile and request a telemedicine appointment. Although the face to face veterinary visit is always more effective, there are several circumstances where our telemedicine portal can help and still provide social distancing.

No Contact Medication Delivery
We also are now offering a no contact delivery for your medication needs. We have partnered with a courier service, Transsporter, to ensure quick and safe delivery.
Increased Disinfection, Staff PPE, and New Exam Protocols
We are wearing masks, gloves, and lab coats that will get changed after every residence to help prevent the spread of the virus. We are meeting you with your pet outside, we are then bringing your pet onto our mobile clinic, performing the exam there, and will communicate with the client over the phone. Payment can also be arranged over the phone. This helps limit exposure and risk of our clients and our employees.
We are asking that if our clients are experiencing any cold like symptoms just to alert us so we can take extra precautions.
We have changed and increased our disinfection and cleaning protocols to ensure the safest environment possible.
